Have a subscription? If you’re having issues logging into your account to manage subscriptions there could be two reasons:
#1: You didn’t create an account when you originally ordered your subscription.
You can register a new account at the signup page. When signing up make sure you use the email address you used during your initial order. If you search your emails for the order confirmation for your subscription purchase you should be able to figure what email was used. Once you do so, everything will connect automatically.
#2: You forgot your password and need to reset it.
You can do this on the login page
