Friction Labs has great customer service. I used the wrong address initially and they were able to work proactively to make sure the package got to me.
My go-to chalk for climbing and as someone with hyperhidrosis - where my hands sweat waterfalls. Antiperspirant lotions out in the market don't work for me so the special little technique I use is to apply the secret stuff and wait until it dries up my wet hands and rub chalk on top of that to help me get the grip I need. Unfortunately, this forces me to go through several bags of chalk but I get the best grip with this compared to other brands and I waste less strength in my fingers as I'm not constantly in fear of slipping off. Haven't switched brands since.
